Iva Mishra is President of Blue Ocean Capital LLC, a multifamily real-estate investment company focused on creating passive-income opportunities for investment partners while building strong residential communities. She oversees more than $150 million in multifamily assets and brings experience in real-estate investment, asset management, investor relations, and business growth.
In addition to her professional responsibilities, Iva is deeply engaged in civic and community leadership throughout Northeast Tarrant County. She has served the Colleyville Chamber of Commerce as both a board member and ambassador and is also involved with the Colleyville Woman’s Club, Toastmasters International, the North Tarrant Chamber, and the Rotary Club of Colleyville.
As 2026 Chair of the Colleyville Executive Organization, she helps guide the Board and strengthen CEO’s connections among business, civic, and community leaders. Her combination of investment expertise, entrepreneurial leadership, and broad community involvement positions her to advance CEO’s mission and regional reach.
Trasa Cobern

Vice President, Development & Strategic Initiatives, World Affairs Council of Dallas/Fort Worth
Trasa Cobern is Vice President of Development and Strategic Initiatives for the World Affairs Council of Dallas/Fort Worth, a nonpartisan organization that promotes informed discussion of national and international affairs. In this role, she supports public programs, educational initiatives, international visitor programs, diplomatic services, fundraising, and strategic community engagement across North Texas.
Before joining the Council, Trasa served for five years as Chief Development Officer for 6 Stones Mission Network, where she strengthened donor relationships, partnerships, and community impact. She previously taught U.S. history for nine years and served as Social Studies Department Chair at Euless Trinity High School.
An honors graduate of Texas A&M University, she developed an early interest in history and global affairs while growing up in a military family and living in West Germany when the Berlin Wall fell. Trasa brings CEO expertise in education, nonprofit leadership, development, civic engagement, and global affairs, along with a strong ability to connect people and organizations around shared community interests.
Steven “Steve” Cade is President of Cade & Company LLC and has spent more than four decades founding companies, scaling operations, and advising business owners, boards, and investors. His experience includes international manufacturing and sourcing, global supply-chain management, operating-company leadership, business development, and strategic planning.
Steve has worked extensively with privately held and family-owned companies to improve performance, solve operational challenges, pursue growth opportunities, and create long-term value. Throughout his career, he has built relationships with business leaders across a wide range of industries and developed a practical understanding of the issues facing executives and entrepreneurs.
As Chair Emeritus of the Colleyville Executive Organization, he remains actively involved in shaping programs and connecting business, civic, philanthropic, and community leaders throughout DFW. His entrepreneurial background, strategic perspective, and long-standing commitment to CEO help the organization maintain its focus on meaningful executive-level relationships and timely regional issues.
Woody Anderson is a longtime Colleyville resident and retired real-estate professional who spent 25 years building his business with RE/MAX. Over the course of his career, he developed extensive experience in residential real estate, client service, sales, negotiation, and the long-term relationship building required to succeed in a highly competitive local market.
Upon retiring, Woody transitioned the business to his youngest daughter, Amanda Poulsen, creating continuity for the clients and community relationships developed over many years. He has been actively involved with the Colleyville Executive Organization for several years and currently serves as Treasurer.
His deep roots in Colleyville, practical small-business experience, and familiarity with the local real-estate market provide CEO with a valuable community-based perspective. Woody and his wife of 25 years enjoy traveling, golf, gardening, and spending time with their 11 grandchildren.
Scott Sheppard

Chief Operating Officer and Partner, Lazarus Plastics, Inc.
Scott Sheppard is Chief Operating Officer and a partner in Lazarus Plastics, Inc., a recycling company serving postconsumer and post-industrial plastics markets. Before joining Lazarus Plastics in 2023, he spent 35 years in commercial banking as a middle-market lender, including 20 years with Frost Bank. His banking career gave him extensive experience evaluating businesses, structuring financing, managing risk, and advising owners and executives across a broad range of industries.
Scott and his wife have lived in Colleyville since 1997, and their three sons attended GCISD schools before earning bachelor’s or master’s degrees. A native Texan, he also operates a timber farm in Northeast Texas that he acquired in 2001.
As Secretary of the Colleyville Executive Organization, Scott brings the Board financial insight, operational leadership, and a strong understanding of the needs of privately held and middle-market businesses.
Curtis Young

Principal, Sage Group, Inc.; Owner/President, Peckham-Young, Inc
Curtis Young is Principal of Sage Group, Inc., a Southlake-based architectural and development-planning firm, and Owner and President of Peckham-Young, Inc. A registered architect in California and Texas with NCARB certification, he has spent more than four decades designing commercial and residential projects in the United States and abroad.
His experience includes office environments, business and industrial parks, resorts, hotels, golf-course communities, and high-end residential neighborhoods. In recent years, Curtis has focused on North Texas, helping developers, builders, and private landowners navigate complex design and entitlement requirements in some of the region’s most demanding communities.
He previously served on the City of Grapevine Planning and Zoning Commission and has participated in multiple civic committees in Colleyville. A longtime CEO Board member and Colleyville resident of more than 30 years, Curtis brings the organization deep expertise in architecture, development, land use, civic process, and relationship-driven business leadership.
Dale Lockamy is Owner and CEO of HomeTeam Inspection Service, a multi-inspector residential and commercial inspection firm serving the entire Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Before acquiring HomeTeam, he spent more than 30 years in senior operations and logistics leadership roles with private-equity-backed companies, startups, and Fortune 500 organizations.
His experience spans the electronics, computer, textile, book-publishing, manufacturing, and distribution sectors. Across these industries, Dale developed extensive expertise in operational improvement, supply-chain management, organizational growth, and leading teams through change. His career reflects a strong commitment to performance, customer service, and building sustainable businesses.
Dale brings CEO a valuable combination of entrepreneurial ownership, corporate operating experience, and practical insight into the challenges facing companies at different stages of growth. He and his wife of 38 years enjoy spending time with their three sons, daughters-in-law, and three granddaughters, as well as an occasional round of golf.
David Mims

David E. Mims is a retired senior executive with more than 40 years of experience serving publicly traded and privately held companies in the insurance, lodging, restaurant, and construction industries. His career has centered on risk management, including the development of insurance and risk-financing programs for diverse and complex business exposures.
He also has extensive experience overseeing significant litigation, contract disputes, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and organizational restructurings. In addition to his corporate work, David has served as an educator and has advised public, private, and family-owned businesses, giving him a broad perspective on leadership and organizational decision-making.
He currently consults with a privately owned group of companies involved in general contracting and electric-utility transmission, distribution, construction, and maintenance. His executive judgment, board-level collaboration, and risk-management expertise provide CEO with valuable insight into governance, business strategy, and the challenges facing organizations across multiple industries.
Elizabeth M. Grace serves as Executive Director of SOS – Serving Our Seniors, where she leads programs that help older adults remain independent, connected, and supported within their communities. Her leadership is grounded in a strong commitment to service and in building programs that provide practical assistance, hope, and encouragement to seniors and their families.
Elizabeth has helped expand the organization’s reach by developing partnerships, strengthening community relationships, and improving access to essential resources. She is a passionate advocate for ensuring that aging adults are treated with dignity and feel seen, valued, and included.
Her work requires collaboration with nonprofit, business, civic, and volunteer leaders throughout North Texas. Elizabeth brings CEO a meaningful nonprofit perspective, strong community relationships, and firsthand knowledge of how leaders can work together to address important local needs.
Frank Correa is a longtime Colleyville resident and financial-services professional with more than four decades of industry experience. He currently serves as a Staff Manager with Western & Southern Life in Westlake, Texas, after previously owning and operating two Allstate agencies in Grapevine and Granbury for more than 37 years.
Frank is also deeply engaged in civic and community leadership, serving on the boards of the Northeast Tarrant Chamber, the Rotary Club of Colleyville, and the YMCA of Metropolitan Fort Worth. He has previously served as President of the Colleyville Lions Club and has been active with Toastmasters International.
His professional and volunteer work reflects a consistent commitment to leadership, relationship building, and service. Frank brings CEO broad business experience, extensive community connections, and an energetic commitment to strengthening civic pride and collaboration throughout Colleyville and Northeast Tarrant County.
Grace Ennis is a marketing professional with experience developing strategic communications and multi-channel campaigns across the healthcare, sports, association, and aviation industries. She currently serves as Senior Associate, Marketing Specialist at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport, where she helps develop and execute marketing initiatives for one of the world’s busiest and most successful international airports.
Throughout her career, Grace has built expertise in brand development, digital marketing, strategic communications, campaign management, and performance analysis. She is recognized for her collaborative leadership style, creative problem-solving, and ability to bring diverse teams together to execute successful initiatives from concept through measurable results.
Grace is passionate about connecting people, businesses, and opportunities through effective communication and community engagement. Her experience with one of North Texas’ most important economic engines, combined with her work across multiple industries, provides CEO with valuable insight into strategic marketing, regional business development, and relationship building across the public and private sectors.
Peter Leahy is a senior business leader with more than 35 years of experience in the consumer packaged goods industry in the United States and Europe. He held senior management roles in sales, marketing, and general management with major Fortune 500 companies, including Frito-Lay, Coca-Cola, Colgate-Palmolive, and Coors Brewing Company.
His career gave him extensive experience leading teams, building brands, managing customer relationships, and operating within large and complex organizations. Peter has also owned his own business, giving him firsthand knowledge of entrepreneurship and the challenges faced by smaller companies and independent business owners.
Today, he serves others as a Certified Life Coach, Business Coach, and volunteer career coach and is the author of Taking the First Step, a guide to using artificial intelligence in job-search preparation and execution. Peter brings CEO a valuable combination of corporate leadership, entrepreneurial experience, coaching skills, and practical insight into emerging technologies and workforce development.
Sheila Ridley is a retired small-business owner whose professional experience gives her a practical understanding of entrepreneurship, customer relationships, and the importance of strong community connections. She previously owned and operated a successful business in Colleyville, while her husband, Jason, continues to own an insurance agency in the community.
Sheila is grateful for the education her two children received through Grapevine-Colleyville ISD and for the opportunities the area has provided her family. Now a Grapevine resident, she remains engaged through volunteer service and enjoys golf and travel.
Sheila brings CEO the perspective of a local business owner, longtime area resident, and active community volunteer.
Thomas “Tom” Morr is a retired attorney and business executive whose career spans the private, nonprofit, and public sectors. He led major regional economic-development partnerships serving Greater Washington, D.C., and Philadelphia and directed a public-private organization that attracted new airlines, hundreds of flights, and millions of passengers to Washington Dulles International Airport.
His work helped accelerate growth in the Tysons-Reston-Dulles corridor, and he also guided the creation of a foreign-trade zone at the airport. Tom advocated for development of the National Air and Space Museum’s Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center, co-chaired a commission that produced a statewide tourism-development plan, and chaired the Virginia Tourism Corporation’s governing board.
Earlier in his career, he served as counsel to a U.S. House subcommittee, chief of staff to two members of Congress, a practicing attorney, and a senior marketing executive in commercial real estate development company. His extensive experience in economic development, government relations, fundraising, board service, and civic collaboration gives CEO a valuable perspective on bringing business and public leaders together to advance regional priorities.
Tom Cieslak is a Colleyville resident and retired industrial equipment broker and liquidator. His career required business judgment, negotiation, asset evaluation, and the ability to build trusted relationships with owners, buyers, and industry professionals.
In retirement, Tom has devoted significant time to community service and is actively involved in service projects through the Colleyville Lions Club. He also volunteers with local schools, churches, and other charitable organizations, helping address practical needs throughout the community.
Tom’s hands-on approach, willingness to serve, and strong local relationships make him a valuable contributor to the Colleyville Executive Organization. He brings CEO the perspective of an experienced business owner and a strong commitment to serving the Colleyville community.
